1 lb ground beef
1/2 lb ground breakfast sausage
1/2 yellow onion, chopped
1 jalapeño, chopped (seeds removed)
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1/3 cup fresh salsa
1/3 cup cilantro, chopped
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon salt
Tillamook sharp cheddar cubed
Slices Pepper jack cheese
Guacamole (my secret recipe)
Nacho cheese sauce

In a large bowl combine burger, sausage, onion, jalapeño, garlic, salsa, cilantro and spices. Mix with your hands to blend completely.

Make 2 patties, put cubed cheese in the middle and combine 2 patties into 1. Repeat until all meat is used.

Grill burgers, finishing with pepper jack cheese.

On one side of bun, spread guacamole. On the other side of the bun, spread nacho cheese. Place patty on the bun and enjoy!
