With the exception of some simple patch jobs, when you call roofing contractors in Santa Rosa, Sonoma County, and Marin County, they shouldn’t just show up at your house and start to work. There are a lot of ways they can help you decide what you want. They have the expertise, and you have questions. Here are a few things you might want to talk about with your roofing contractor before making a decision about which roof or gutter system you want.

They Have Product Knowledge and Share It

Good contractors know which products last the longest and which companies offer warranties on their products. They can tell you which products would work best on your house and why. They don’t just use the same product for everyone because it’s cheap or what they already have. Experience really helps in this arena.

They Listen to Your Style Preferences

Good contractors listen to you and your opinions about what looks good. They offer a variety of colors and styles and respect that you have your own style ideas.

They Consider Your Budget

Good contractors also respect that you might want to spend less than the contractor is recommending. She offers you her expert knowledge and then doesn’t try to sell you on something you don’t want to pay for. She will tell you if a higher priced product lasts longer, but she won’t pressure you.

They Do a Great Job

And of course, if you hire the roofing contractor, the best thing they can do to help you is to communicate throughout the project, do high quality work, and leave you with a safe, dry, beautiful house.

ARS Roofing endeavors to help every single customer in all these ways. Expect the best from your roofing contractor! CONTACT US or call (415) 459-7200 for Marin County or (707) 584-5900 for Sonoma County for gutter repair or replacement or roof repair or replacement today.
