Well, one of the things you want to consider is check your water heater and make sure that it is double strapped. That is gonna be required to sell your home in California. In addition, you’re also going to want to have smoke detectors and carbon monoxide detectors installed in your house. Those are also required for selling a home in California. Those are just a couple of little details that are definitely going to have to be taken care of so do them now before you actually go on the market. Might want to call the landscaper, have ’em come out. Nothing major, maybe a little new barks, fresh flowers. Nice and bright and colorful to make your house look great.
