The best thing to do, consult a realtor who can give you a CMA, a Comparative Market Analysis to give you the value of your home in today’s current real estate market. Always good to consult with a realtor because we can often give you some great suggestions, easy things to do that you might be able to fix or upgrade in your home at a very low cost to help get you the most money for your home.
